For selected custom orders, we arrange a daily factory progress photo during active production, with a short explanation. We agree on coverage before production starts, so you know what to expect.
We record the agreed base metal, key components, stones, and finish requirements. Supplier information and testing needs are reviewed for the specific product and market.
You may need to assess a sample, compare finishes, or check a product for your market before ordering in quantity. We discuss those steps with you, including sample costs and any testing arrangements.
We generally reply within 24 hours. If your question needs more checking, we'll say what we're checking and when to expect an update.
