What It Takes to Start an Order
Minimums are set by tooling, not by policy — a new shape needs a mould, and the mould has to be paid for across the run. Which is also why there is a way around it when your quantity is smaller.
30 pieces in silver or brass. 300 in stainless steel.
StepThe gap is not a policy — it is how each metal is worked. Silver and brass are cast from a mould that pays for itself over 30 pieces. Stainless steel is machined and hardened, so the setup only makes sense from 300. If steel is what your line needs and 300 is out of reach, say so early and we will look at the alternatives with you rather than after you have quoted your buyer.
Short on quantity? Change the stone, not the mould.
StepThe minimum exists because of the mould. Start from a shape we already tool and there is no mould to pay for — swap the stone, the plating or the length and the piece is yours without the setup. It is the fastest way to test a new line, and it ships sooner too.

StepWorking from an existing mould ships in 10–15 days. A fully new design ships in 15–25. Add 5–7 days of air freight to Europe or the US and you have the date to give your buyer — we quote the shipping window separately rather than folding it into production so the two never blur.

Send your design, target quantity and market. You get a line-by-line quote rather than one number, so you can see what each part costs.

Sampling & Approval
A 3D render first, then a physical sample. Revision rounds are agreed before we start, so the schedule holds even when the design moves. Working from an existing mould skips this step entirely.

Production
Working from an existing mould runs 10–15 days; a fully new design runs 15–25. Your approved sample is sealed and every batch is checked against it, with progress reaching you without being asked for.

QC, Packing & Air Freight
Final inspection, your packaging and labels, then air freight with a tracking number. Shipping documents are ready before the goods leave the floor. The transit window is quoted separately from production, so the two never blur.

The four that come up before every first order. Anything specific to your design or market, send it over and we will answer it directly.
30 pieces for sterling silver and brass, 300 for stainless steel. Or run the design in silver or brass at 30 pieces to test the market first, then move it to steel once the volume is there. Tell us the quantity you actually have and we will say which route fits.
Both. If you have technical drawings or a physical sample, we produce to them — that is OEM. If you have a direction but no drawing, we develop the design with you and turn it into a 3D render before anything is tooled — that is ODM. Most first orders start somewhere in between: a reference photo and a few notes on what to change.
