The customer should inspect and approve relevant elements before bulk production begins.

A production order becomes binding only after the relevant commercial and technical terms have been confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for accurate consignee information, import requirements, customs clearance, duties and local compliance.

The customer should inspect delivered goods promptly after receipt. Any claim should be submitted within the claim period stated in the applicable order documents.

Supporting information should include the order reference, affected quantity, photographs or video and a clear description of the alleged issue.

Customer-provided designs

The customer retains the rights it lawfully holds in its proprietary artwork, logos and original designs.

By providing materials to us, the customer grants permission to use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, sample and manufacture the requested products.

We understand that custom jewelry projects may involve commercially sensitive designs, launch plans, pricing, specifications and brand information.

Where project-specific confidentiality protection is required, the parties should enter into a separate written non-disclosure agreement.
