Every pendant starts as a mold, which makes it the highest-commitment piece in a collection. These are the fivethings we settle before you commit — not after.
Reason 1
The mold we cut for your pendant is tied to your account — we don't run it for anyone else, and we don't put yourpiece in our catalog. Custom shapes are the easiest thing in this industry to copy; you shouldn't have to worryabout it being copied by your own factory.
Reason 2
You get a 3D render before any mold is cut, then physical samples. We tell you upfront how many revision roundsare included, how long each takes, and what counts as a new design. You can build a launch schedule from it.
Reason 3
The sample you approve is sealed and kept here, and every production batch is checked against it — not against aphoto, not against memory. If a batch drifts, it doesn't ship.
Reason 4
We take runs from 100 pieces, and you don't have to know casting from enameling. Send the artwork; we'll tell youwhat will and won't survive production, and what it does to your cost — before you commit.
Reason 5
A pendant isn't a sellable product until it has a chain and a box. We make all three in-house and plate them in thesame batch — one contact, one lead time, and no color mismatch between parts sourced from three vendors.
